Ashwell is the Finance and HR Manager for Organic Africa, bringing 15 years of experience across diverse industries. Ashwell is a committed Human Resources Practitioner. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, and has a strong track record in financial management, reporting, and strategic planning. His expertise supports the company’s growth and operational efficiency, ensuring that sound financial and HR practices are upheld.
Caroline Tingay
Head of Liaison
Caroline is Head of Liaison for Organic Africa. She is an anthropologist by training and has a broad set of skills, ranging from research, writing and editing to liaison with donors and business partners. She has a PhD in Social Anthropology.
Desmond
General Manager
General Manager of Organic Africa, Desmond has over 24 years of extensive experience in financial management, planning, corporate finance, accounting, company secretarial, audit and advisory. He is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA), and a Registered Public Accountant Zimbabwe (RPAZ).
Dominik Collenberg
Chief Executive Officer
Dominik is the CEO of Organic Africa. He has a Masters in Economics and Organic Farming with over twenty years’ experience in his field. Dominik has worked extensively in organic farming in Africa, but also in the Middle East, Latin America, and in China.
Juliet Marima
Assistant Accountant
Assistant Accountant for Organic Africa, Juliet has considerable knowledge and experience in daily accounting using the Pastel Partner Software package as well as Palladium Accounting Enterprises. Her background is in Accounting.
Norman Kativhu
Certification Administrator
Norman is the Certification Administrator for Organic Africa with significant experience in certification, production data management and analysis. He has a BSc in Development Studies as well as a MBA.
Tariro Mudzimiri
SALES, LOGISTICS, PA of the CEO
Tariro oversees sales and logistics at Organic Africa. She is also the highly experienced PA of the CEO. Well-versed in her secretarial duties, her background is in Logistics, and she has a Diploma in Executive Secretarial.
Diana Mukuu
Certification Manager
Diana is the Certification Manager of Organic Africa. She has a Masters in Post Harvest Science and Technology and a BSc in Agriculture. Diana has vast experience in compliance having worked on implementation of several Food Safety, Quality and Social standards in the food/agriculture industry.
