Bird's Eye Chilli

These chillies are loved for their fruity peppery flavour and intense heat, often used in soups, stews, hot sauces and chicken dishes. They contain high amounts of capsaicin, which is considered to have anti-inflammatory benefits for those suffering from disorders, such as arthritis, psoriasis and shingles.

Gotu Kola

Gotu Kola, also known as Indian Pennywort, is an extremely nutritious, herbaceous creeper indigenous to hot, humid climates. People have used gotu kola in traditional Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine for many years. It is also believed to be helpful for combatting fatigue, anxiety, depression and Alzheimer's disease.

Turmeric

Turmeric is a flowering plant of the ginger family. It is commonly used for conditions involving pain and inflammation, such as osteoarthritis. It is also used for hay fever, depression, high cholesterol and liver disease.

Moringa Leaves

These are fast becoming a popular choice for health supplements, while the drink is said to have many benefits, such as helping to fight cancer and to protect the kidneys and liver, preventing inflammation and respiratory problems, boosting immunity and promoting a healthy brain and good bones.

Peppermint

Peppermint is a strongly aromatic perennial herb which has a warm pungent taste with a cooling aftertaste. The leaves are typically used fresh as a culinary herb. Peppermint has long been known as a herbal remedy, easing queasy stomachs, calming stress and anxiety, helping digestion and promoting restful sleep.

Spearmint

Spearmint makes a great addition to any diet, particularly in the form of spearmint tea, which can be enjoyed hot or cold. It is high in antioxidants and other beneficial plant compounds that may help balance hormones, lower blood sugar and improve digestion. It may even reduce stress and improve memory.

Dandelion

A highly nutritious plant, loaded with vitamins, minerals and fibre. It is a potent antioxidant and its potential health benefits are numerous, some of the most well-known being as an anti-inflammatory, supporting healthy digestion and boosting immunity.

Stinging Nettle

Stinging nettle is a common herbaceous perennial flowering plant which grows primarily in damp, fertile soil and is rich in nutrients. It has a long history of medicinal use, for example, as an anti-inflammatory, to lower blood pressure, to treat hay fever and to promote blood sugar control.

Papaya Leaves

Papaya leaf juice has magical health benefits. It may be used to treat certain symptoms of Dengue fever, for improving blood sugar control, supporting the digestive system, as an anti-inflammatory, promoting hair growth and healthy skin, and may contain anti-cancer properties.

Stevia

The all-natural herbal sweetener, the leaves of the stevia plant are used to make a sugar substitute. Stevia is unique among food ingredients because it's most valued for what it doesn't do. It doesn't add calories. This sweetener contains no carbohydrates, calories, or artificial ingredients.
