Bird's Eye Chilli
These chillies are loved for their fruity peppery flavour and intense heat, often used in soups, stews, hot sauces and chicken dishes. They contain high amounts of capsaicin, which is considered to have anti-inflammatory benefits for those suffering from disorders, such as arthritis, psoriasis and shingles.
Gotu Kola
Gotu Kola, also known as Indian Pennywort, is an extremely nutritious, herbaceous creeper indigenous to hot, humid climates. People have used gotu kola in traditional Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine for many years. It is also believed to be helpful for combatting fatigue, anxiety, depression and Alzheimer's disease.
Turmeric
